Stephen formed Macro2 in 2008 with the mission of re-instilling trust and confidence in government--and the contractors who serve them--by applying innovation and creativity to supporting government transformation. Prior to founding Macro2, Stephen was Acting Director of Serco Inc., where he was responsible for brand management, strategic communications, and enterprise marketing, helping to take the $550M company to more than $1.3B.
Stephen also held a senior management position at a full-service marketing and communications agency, where he specialized in driving business-to-business and business-to-government client growth for global technology leaders such as Booz Allen Hamilton, CA, Cisco, EMC, HP, Intel, Juniper Networks, and Microsoft. Stephen's prior experience includes tenures within commercial and federal not-for-profit organizations, where he supported aggressive brand and business development objectives.

- Developed and implemented innovative marketing tools for the U.S. Army Career and Alumni Program (ACAP), a valued DoD program responsible for the transition and support of military service members and their families from military to civilian life.

- Designed brand messaging, positioning, and marketing and communications strategy for a groundbreaking alliance of technology industry goliaths--Microsoft, Cisco, EMC, and others--launching a secure information-sharing solution to the U.S. government market.
- Created and managed a $3.6M marketing and communications strategy for one of the world's largest enterprise software companies, achieving more than 25x ROI.
